Monitoring Committees constituted for implementation of AMRUT, SBM

Member The mandate/terms of reference of the Monitoring Committee(s) shall be to review implementation of AM RUT projects, erstwhile JnNURM projects, SBM and Swachhata Action Plan of all Departments and decide action for implementation in a time-bound manner to:- i. resolve all utility shifting issues including other interdepartmental issues; ii. resolve all pending NOCs issues; iii. review the progress of project implementation w.r.t. DPR/Contract agreement; iv. resolve land encroachments/site clearances, etc; and v. Identify gaps, slippage issues in projects under implementation and accordingly give their recommendations to the Housing & Urban Development Department, 3&K within the purview of scheme guidelines. The Monitoring Committees shall meet on a fortnightly basis till all utility shifting issues are resolved. Afterwards, the Committees shall convene meetings on a monthly basis.
