Surprisingly JMC has so far taken no action against owner when from one month this unauthorized construction is going on what to think of serving owner any BOCA notices when enforcement staff is hand in glove with owner in raising unauthorized construction

Talla Jewellers Pvt Ltd. Gandhi Nagar. 4 A/B, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu purchased already constructed shop on ground floor and residential house on first floor with proper entry gate measuring nearly 5 ft to reach at first floor residential towards front side of main road of Channi Himmat Sector-3, Ward-51 a private land of village Channi Himmat comprising Khasra No. 477 Min from one Sanjeev Gupta couple of months back measuring nearly 900 Sqft costing worth crores. This shop and residential house is adjoining with Engineering Institution. Worthwhile to mention here that owner after taking possession of shop and residential house without getting site plan approved from JMC started renovating existing shop on ground floor and residential house on first floor by enhancing area of ground floor shop by raising RCC pillars and extending gallery with a view to remove entry gate later on to give existing shop an enlarged look and even making unauthorized extensions on first floor residential house in such a way that it becomes full-fledged commercial structure as single entity with the help of enforcement Inspector Ram Khajuria deputed in the area. The owner, as per guidance of Enforcement Inspector undertaking construction by putting on iron sheet towards entry gate to hide unauthorized construction without JMC permission. The owner is all set to raise commercial structure by enhancing size of shop and keeping provision of stairs inside to convert residential house on first floor and shop a single entity commercial structure but surprisingly JMC has so far taken no action against owner when from one month this unauthorized construction is going on what to think of serving owner any BOCA notices when enforcement staff is hand in glove with owner in raising unauthorized construction.

- JMC fails to stop restarted unauthorized modern steel structure on existing violated three floor commercial structure from last one month at residential plot No. Extn 8/9 Sector-C Ward-69, Sainik Colony when validity of approved commercial site plans validity stands expired on 16-2-2023 and earlier dramatizing fake demolition drive on Feb 28, 2022 falsely claiming demolishing violated portion of floors, after serving eyewash notice to owner under section 7(1) of J&K BOCA Act 1988 dated 8-1-2022 but taking no follow-up action
