JMC Enforcement staff deputed in Wards-50-51 openly allowing violated construction in Channi Himmat Housing Board Colony by resorting to different tricks to hide these constructions at the initial stage by covering ongoing constructions under well wrap-up covers to silent on lookers and particularly law abiding citizens. Whenever these unauthorized constructions are brought into kind notice of Enforcement staff, no doubt they visit sites but not from JMC as care taker of Building Bye-laws 2021 but to encourage them to continue construction after joining hands with violators in lieu of illegal gratification. This has resulted boom in unauthorized constructions in Chann Himmat area much to the resentment of law abiding citizens who had bought these residential plots to lead a peaceful life but commercial constructions in residential areas have shattered and disturbed their peace strongly regretting buting residential plot in Channi Himmat area.To put the things in right perspective, one AK Sharma son of PK Sharma owner of corner residential plot 606/3 in Ward-50 openly and brazenly converting his residential house into commercial by removing existing windows and ventilators on ground floor after he was running office of Infotech Security System on ground floor and another agency under name and style, “Ajhua” on first floor from residential house. As the JMC earlier allowed commercial activities from residential house, now owner encouraged and supported by JMC enforcement staff has started completely changing residential house into full-fledged commercial by closing existing windows and ventilators on ground floor openly declaring construction being commercial by also removing existing entry gate and putting big size iron gate for smooth move of vehicles laid with goods. Commissioner JMC is sincerely urged to take serious cognizance of these unauthorized constructions lest Channi Himmat will soon be turned into concrete Jungle wherein no future Master Plans will be able to correct blunders being executed by Commissioner JMC without any regard for Govt’s regard for rooting out corruption from country.
