JMC unmoved towards ongoing four floors all equal in size violated construction without maintaining setbacks on private land at Ambedkar Lane-7, Adarsh Bihar, village Dilli , Ward 55 on Jodhmal School road with the help of Enforcement Inspector Ashwani Kumar let loose by Dy Commissioner South Lal Chand assigned Wards 55, 56, 57who not only supporting owner in raising violated construction but also helping him in raising unauthorized 4th floor which is not at all allowed under JMP-2032 and Unified Building Bye-laws 2021 as keeping in view plot area nearly 2000 Sqft the owner was entitled only 60% construction and 40% for parking with Ground plus one floor for shopping cluster area falling in between 100 sqm to 300- sqm after properly getting land use change certificate from JDA.
It is surprising to note that this violated construction has reached 4th floor but so far JMC has not taken any action against owner. This gigantic construction has been strongly resented by locals and demanding JMC action to discourage such constructions failing which such constructions will damage guidelines of JMP-2032.
Commissioner JMC should take serious cognizance of these constructions which are going on in every nook and corner of Channi Himmat Housing Board Zonal Planned colony before such constructions assume dangerous proportions, the sooner you do it better it will be for JMP-2032 .
